John was really helpful and understanding of the situation we were in, and addressed all the defects left by the previous builder, before proceeding with the completion of our home. Baza Projects are the childcare building experts!!! We have just officially opened 'Kids on Crown' childcare. What a journey to get here, a 2 year project timeline, many headaches along the build process. We engaged John to assist in our Childcare OC and Project Co-ordination services, and thank fully we have avoided many delays thanks to the work John has done. By liaising with our builders on site and ensuring not only building standards were met but also ECED requirements for child safety and licensing was imperative for a smooth approval process.
